Are your bottles BPA Free?
Nalgene’s bottles are free of BPA, BPS, BPF, and phthalates.

Are Nalgene Bottles dishwasher safe?
Yes, but we recommend hand washing your Co-branded bottle to achieve the longest-lasting imprint possible!

Can I freeze my Nalgene bottle?
Yes, you can. However, only fill your bottle about 2/3 to allow for expansion (and prevent cracking).

Does the Nalgene Logo have to be on the bottle?
Nalgene will not produce your bottle unless it has the Nalgene Logo on it.

Do I have to have the Grad Scale on the bottle?
No, it can be eliminated. If the Grad Scale is not printed on your bottle, please note that the Nalgene Logo will be printed on the front
of the bottle at the very bottom.

Do I have to have the Simple. Safe. Sustainable Logo on the bottle?
If the Grad Scale will be on the bottle, this logo is required. If no Grad Scale, this logo can be eliminated.

Do I have to have the BPA Free Logo on the bottle?
No, it can be eliminated. Just let us know when you place your order.

Can I print on both sides of the bottle? / Can I print a wrap around the bottle?

Do you need UPC labels placed on each bottle?
Nalgene can print and apply UPC-sized labels on your bottles. The cost is $0.18 per bottle (including printing and applying the labels
to each bottle).

I see that there appears to be a minor blemish on the bottle. Is this normal?
These marks are normal marks on Nalgene bottles that occur; they can be due to Nalgene handling, mold issues, transportation, etc.
Sustain plastic material is very soft, and minor scuffs and scratches are common. If the marks are in the area of the main print and/or
more than 1” in size, the bottles are rejected and not used for imprinting.

Please be aware that Nalgene will conduct a pre-flight check on all orders to ensure that the requested ink colors can be accurately
printed on the specified bottle colors. In some cases, the use of a White Base Ink may be necessary for certain PMS Colors, which will
result in an additional cost.

How should my artwork be prepared?
Please inform your design team that it's crucial they avoid designing artwork in CMYK as if it were intended for Offset Printing. In
Offset Printing, all colors are created from Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, leveraging transparent inks. For instance, overlaying
yellow with cyan produces green. - Continued
