2025 Nalgene Co-Branded Bottle eCatalog - Catalog - Page 6
However, our production process for co-branded bottles utilizes Screen Printing, employing opaque inks instead. In this method,
overlaying yellow with cyan results in cyan, as the inks are opaque and prevent underlying colors from showing through, ensuring
sharp and clean printing.
Your artwork should utilize individual PMS colors, as overlapping colors won't create new shades. The final color applied will be the
only one visible. If you need a lighter shade, such as a tint of PMS 185 Red, ensure your artwork is set up accordingly with the desired
tint.

A:
What file type does my logo/artwork need to be?
We do need your artwork in a Vector Format File to ensure optimal print quality on your bottles. Vector graphics, which include file
types like .SVG, .EPS, .PDF, or .AI, differ fundamentally from raster graphics formats such as .JPEG, .PNG, .APNG, .GIF, and .MPEG4.
Vector art, created from mathematical curves, is perfect for printing because it maintains crispness even when resized.

Can I have more than one bottle and cap color per order?
Certainly, you have the option to split a case quantity in half and opt for different colors of bottles and caps for each portion. For
instance, if you purchase 140 - 32oz Wide Mouth bottles packaged in cases of 70, you can divide this order into four variations of
bottle and cap colors, with 35 bottles each. It's important to keep in mind that the artwork and ink colors must remain consistent
across all bottles. Any deviation will result in the job being treated as two or more separate orders. Please note that starting January
1, 2022, Nalgene has revised its pricing policy regarding the splitting of bottle cases. Each carton now accommodates only one
bottle/cap color combination. Any additional combinations will result in a fee of $36.00 per Bottle/Cap color combination per carton.
For instance, if you purchase 70 - 32oz Wide Mouth bottles, with each case containing 70 bottles, you have the option to divide the
order into two sets of different bottle and cap colors (35 bottles each). However, please note that this will incur an additional cost of
$36.00. We strongly oppose this new fee and recommend selecting one bottle/cap color per case (70 bottles).
